At Micro Scooters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride. If your scooter or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return it to us in its original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Scooter

  Carefully pack your items in their original retail packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
